How to submit and pay for your Rental Application

You can send your Rental Application via an email attachment to Rent@MontagnaProperties.com, by fax to (408)317-0382, by dropping it off at our office or by sending it through the mail.

You can pay your Rental Application screening fee of $39 either online through www.paypal.com (by using e-check, paypal balance or instant transfer, we do not accept debit or credit card payments), by dropping a check off at our office or by sending it through the mail.

Applications are considered in the order that they are received. A complete payment must be received and clear before the application is considered. Therefore, the fastest way to have your application processed is by paying by PayPal using instant transfer and submitting the application by email or fax.

You must submit a separate application and payment for each occupant 18 years of age or older.

Here is how to pay online:

If you have a PayPal account:

  1. Visit https://www.paypal.com
  2. Click My Account .
  3. Click the Send Money tab.
  4. Enter Rent@MontagnaProperties.com in the To: field.
  5. Enter $39 in the Amount: field.
  6. Review the details of the payment and click Send Money.

If you do not have a PayPal account:

  1. Visit https://www.paypal.com
  2. Click Send Money at the top of the page.
  3. Enter Rent@MontagnaProperties.com in the To: field.
  4. Enter your email in the From: field.
  5. Enter $39 in the Amount: field.
  6. Select Service/Other and click Continue.
  7. Enter your information to create a PayPal account and click Agree & Continue.
  8. Review the details of your payment and click Send Money.

You can then email your application to Rent@MontagnaProperties.com or fax it to 408-317-0382.
